1. Acceptance and purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Tectril’s institutional website, its subdomains, pages, forms, content, materials and public features that refer to this document (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing, browsing or using the Site, the user acknowledges having read and understood these Terms. If the user does not agree, use of the Site must be discontinued. The use of certain services, authenticated environments, platforms, proposals or contracts may be subject to specific conditions, which shall prevail over these Terms to the extent applicable.

3. Institutional scope and no automatic contracting
The Site presents institutional information, methodologies, solutions, services, technical content and contact channels related to foreign trade, supply chain, logistics, transportation, compliance, customs and tax governance, documentation, operational intelligence, implementation and infrastructure.
The display of any service, capability, deadline, indicator, methodology, trademark or content does not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability, commercial proposal, promise of results or automatic contracting. Any engagement shall only occur under a separate instrument, following an assessment of scope, feasibility, risks, responsibilities, regulatory requirements and commercial conditions, and acceptance by the parties.

The user represents that they have the legal capacity to use the Site. It is prohibited to: violate laws or rights; submit unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory or malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with operation or security; introduce malware; circumvent controls; conduct scanning, vulnerability testing or reverse engineering without written authorization; collect data through abusive automated means; use content for unfair competition; or use the Site to send spam or commit fraud.
