Under temporary admission, customs clearance does not conclude the operation. It begins its most sensitive phase: the controlled stay of a foreign asset in Brazil until formal evidence of regime closeout is obtained.

Tectril connects the operational lifecycle to the customs-liability lifecycle, with asset-level control and a documented history of every decision.
The result is the ability to determine, at any time, which asset remains in Brazil, where it is located, who is responsible for it, when its deadline expires, and how the regime will be closed out.

Prevention before the deadline

Three gates that protect the regime throughout its lifecycle

Controls are applied before entry, throughout the asset’s stay, and prior to closeout—while discrepancies can still be addressed without jeopardizing the regime.

GATE 01

Admission Readiness & Eligibility Gate™

Validates purpose, regime modality, contract, tariff classification, customs valuation, licenses, documents, photos, deadline, Term of Responsibility, and any applicable guarantee.

Prevents → entry without a sound regime qualification
GATE 02

Asset Location & Custody Gate™

Keeps each asset linked to its authorized location, designated custodian, periodic evidence, and complete movement history.

Prevents → assets with unknown location
GATE 03

Deadline & Extinction Readiness Gate™

Monitors customs and contractual deadlines, prepares extensions, and defines re-exportation, nationalization, or another legally permitted closeout method in due time.

Prevents → deadline expiration without a prepared solution

Deadlines and changes

Schedule, periodic confirmations, authorized movements, inventory, extensions, incidents, and exceptions.

06 · REGIME CLOSEOUT

Regulatory closeout

Re-exportation, nationalization, transfer to another customs regime, or another permitted solution, supported by reconciliation and a formal closeout dossier.

7 layers · 21 frameworks

A controlled source of truth for every asset

For assets that cannot disappear from control

When temporary admission requires continuous governance

Foreign machinery, equipment, and assets installed or used in Brazil for a defined period.
Serialized assets distributed among branches, customer sites, construction projects, laboratories, events, or operating locations.
Operations involving a Term of Responsibility, customs guarantee, suspended tax liability, or proportional payment.
Projects subject to asset movements, custody transfers, contract extensions, loss events, maintenance, or changes in declared purpose.
Companies that need to prepare extensions, re-exportation, nationalization, or combined closeout strategies without last-minute improvisation.
